Fresh installation steps for IP Manager module

1) Upload Zip Package
Extract and upload module to WHMCS root:
modules/addons/ipmanagermodule/

2) Enable Addon Module
Enable IP Manager under Addon Modules in WHMCS admin. Then, enter your license key in the "License Key" field.

3) Configure Cron Command
Add cron command from settings page (recommended every 5 minutes):
*/5 * * * * /path/to/php -q /path/to/whmcs/modules/addons/ipmanagermodule/cron.php

4) Core Module Settings
Configure these settings as needed:
- Auto MAC on IP creation
- Auto sync on service status change
- Update WHMCS dedicatedip/assignedips fields
