Install Hetzner module, configure API/license, and run first server provisioning.

Server Module Setup

Upload modules/servers/hetznerModule/.
Create a new server in WHMCS.
Select module type hetznerModule.

API/License Fields and First Create

Enter Hetzner API token in server Access Hash.
Enter module license key in server Password.
Validate with Test Connection.
Define operatingsystem config option and serverId custom field, then run test Create.
